Special community conference update

Our special community conference on Sunday, March 23rd was a hugely positive meeting, attended by various groups connected to our village hall.

During the meeting we updated everyone on plans for the new village hall, and kicked off our fundraising with a series of pledges from community groups.

The meeting was attended by representatives from organisations including: the cricket club, playgroup, bridge and history clubs, the drama group, the Perranwell Community Choir, the memory cafe, the WI, Perranwell AFC, the community shop, Idodance, Cornwall Dog Training Club and Coffee Stop.

More than £17,000 has already been pledged towards the new village hall, and in the coming months we will be providing regular updates on the progress of plans, as well as information on our fundraising to create a village hall that will serve the community for decades to come.
